Schedule Estimate:

Estimate scheduling request can be made online or by phone. A concrete experts will meet with homeowner on site to review project; help plan, design and make recommendations.

Accept & Schedule Start Date:

You are one step closer! Once you have accepted your estimate, sign and schedule your project to lock in your start date and 30-day pricing.

Permit & HOA:

Some projects may require permits or HOA approvals. Permitting request can be done by homeowner or IRC through the city. HOA approval is accomplished by homeowner. We recommend starting HOA approval process as early as possible if you are needing your project completed soon.

Project Start:

Congrats you have received your approvals and are that much closer to your concrete dreams! Homeowner will walk project with concrete superintendent before construction work begins to ensure proper communication.

Inspections:

Quality check inspections are made by superintendent throughout the project process. Inspections are also completed by city inspectors, if permitting is required. Don't worry you do not have to be on site for this step, we will take care of it for you!

Completion & Final Walk Through:

Concrete dreams do come true! Your beautiful concrete project is complete. Homeowner will do a final walk through with superintendent. Superintendent will provide concrete care information, answer questions and accept payment upon completion.
